Genius Sports， a data， technology and broadcast company， has extended its partnership with Football DataCo to become the exclusive low-latency live data supplier for three UK football leagues.

These are the English Premier League (EPL)， English Football League (EFL) and Scottish Profession Football League (SPFL)， and the deal will run until the end of the 2024-2025 football season.

As the Official Tracking Data and Analytics Partner for the EPL， Genius Sports has already installed AI-powered tracking systems in a number of Championship stadiums.

With the partnership extending to additional leagues， Genius Sports will install the systems into the remaining Championship grounds， to provide data coverage for Sky Bet EFL Championship and Championship Play-Off matches.

The Second Spectrum software provides teams and coaches with real-time on-pitch data， such as shot velocity， player speed and positional data.
